Diversity & Inclusion at Recordati

Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to our corporate values and define who we are at Recordati. As a global organisation, we recognise the value of diverse teams in meeting the unique needs of our patients and strengthening our business.

Every day, we strive to build an inclusive workplace where uniqueness is celebrated, and everyone is welcomed, valued, and supported in developing their skills and career. Building our culture of inclusion requires intention and action. At Recordati, fostering inclusion is everyone’s responsibility.

Our Commitment and Vision

Our D&I strategy is to ensure that employees from all backgrounds are successful and that an inclusive culture – where all voices are heard and respected – is key to unlocking high performance.

To demonstrate our commitment, the Recordati Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has signed a statement, which you can read here.

Explore some of our D&I initiatives:

Global D&I Network

A global Network of Diversity & Inclusion Champions leads the local implementation of the Group D&I vision and strategy, and partners with our unique and diverse colleagues to integrate D&I into all business practices. Monthly meetings are held to share best practices and co-create the D&I agenda.

Gender Equity

We’re committed to ensuring that women of all backgrounds have equal opportunities to succeed and advance at Recordati.

Today, women make up 50% of our total workforce and 36% of our top and senior leaders.

D&I Training

We believe inclusion starts with awareness and education. In 2025, Recordati achieved 90% completion of dedicated D&I training for all employees, including senior leaders. Our ambition is to reach 100% completion and to systematically integrate D&I into the onboarding experience of all new hires.

D&I Policy

In 2024, we issued a D&I Policy signed by top management, including the CEO. The Policy applies to all employees, outlines the principles guiding our approach to Diversity and Inclusion, and clarifies each employee’s responsibility in fostering a culture free from discrimination and bias.

Inclusion Index

To continuously enhance our feedback culture and strengthen psychological safety, we have introduced an Inclusion Index as part of our Employee Engagement Survey. This index, based on the aggregation of several survey questions, achieved an excellent score of 83% in 2025.

EU Diversity Charters

As of December 2025, Recordati has signed the EU Diversity Charters in all countries where it operates*. This important milestone represents a concrete step in demonstrating Recordati’s commitment to promoting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.

*with a minimum of 10 employees
